They were so helpful, let us do a thorough check of the car, a test ride, and stayed late to help us get the paperwork all squared away. They were so kind, really made an effort to explain everything to me, and I absolutely love my new car!
I purchased a car with top tier auto sales a few weeks ago & I have to say I love these people. This is a husband and wife owned business & they are an amazing duo. They called after I put an inquiry in online, and I came to their lot in the same day. For a smaller dealership, they had a ton of desirable vehicles. All of their cars had carfaxes & the husband was very transparent and answered all the questions I had about the condition of the car. After the test drive and deciding on the particular car I wanted, I sat down with the wife to fill out the application. I could see the screen the whole time & again, a very transparent process. They ordered a couple cosmetic parts (the husband offered to purchase and replace without me pushing). The same day, he took the car immediately for an oil change & called a lock & key smith & got me new fob and keys (x2). After a couple weeks when parts came in, they called me to let me know they were there & I could come in any time to have them replaced. Without a doubt, great deal on the car! Most importantly, GREAT BUSINESS WITH AMAZING PEOPLE. In the future, as long as these people are selling cars, I will refer for business & give them my business. 10 stars if they had the option!
